FAYETTEVILLE – Trey Killian spent much of his six innings working in and out of trouble. James Teague simply had the ‘in’ part.
Teague gave up hits to four of the five batters he faced and allowed three runs, including the game-winner, in the seventh as Tennessee came from behind to beat Arkansas, 5-4, on Friday night.
The Razorbacks (29-19, 14-11 SEC) had just broken a tie a half-inning earlier when Tyler Spoon followed Andrew Benintendi’s double with a two-run home run. Killian, who gave up six hits, two walks and hit a batter, but stranded seven Volunteers (20-24, 8-17), was finished entering the seventh.
