FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas women’s basketball saw its losses double its wins and Ole Miss threaten to double its points Thursday night inside Bud Walton Arena.
The Razorbacks (9-18, 2-10 SEC) trailed by as many as 45 in an 89-50 loss to the Rebels, dropping them to a fourth consecutive loss. It is the second year in a row Arkansas has been beaten badly by the Rebels, as they lost 87-43 in Oxford, Miss., last season.
It was the seventh SEC loss of at least 30 points for Arkansas.
“The SEC is as deep as it's ever been on both sides,” eighth-year Arkansas coach Mike Neighbors said.
