FAYETTEVILLE — Anaiyah Robinson scored after a long ball in the box fell to her feet. Then, 19 game seconds later on a shot that really seemed more like a cross, she found the back post for her second goal.
Did she mean to shoot it?
“We’ll say yes,” midfielder Kennedy Ball said.
The quick succession of goals was more than No. 6 Arkansas soccer (10-1-1, 5-1 SEC) needed in a 5-0 win over Tennessee on Thursday at Razorback Field.
“She’s putting the ball in a dangerous spot,” midfielder Ella Rogers said. “It was a great move from Anaiyah there to be able to put the ball in.
