FAYETTEVILLE -- While the University of Arkansas baseball team made its run to the College World Series last season, Jacob Nesbit was making up for lost time in the Northwoods League.
Nesbit, an infielder who redshirted as a true freshman at Arkansas, played for the Bismarck (N.D.) Larks against teams like the Duluth (Minn.) Huskies, Thunder Bay (Canada) Border Cats, La Crosse (Wis.) Loggers and Waterloo (Iowa) Bucks.
