OMAHA, Neb. — Arkansas left-handed pitcher Zack Morris will start Monday’s game against Ole Miss at the College World Series.
Morris (6-0, 1.89 ERA), a redshirt sophomore from Cabot, will be making his second career start. He threw 3 1/3 scoreless innings during his first start at Oklahoma State on June 6 in the decisive game of the NCAA Stillwater Regional.
Morris has pitched 19 times in relief this season, including May 1 when he threw three scoreless innings during a 4-3 victory over Ole Miss in Fayetteville.
