FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas landed one of its most highly ranked recruits in recent years when former North Little Rock and Montverde (Fla.) Academy star Moses Moody (6-6, 200) signed his national letter of intent with the Razorbacks on Friday.
Moody, a 4-star prospect and the nation’s 39th-best prospect by ESPN, chose Arkansas over Michigan, Virginia, Kansas and other programs.
Moody is coming off a senior season at Montverde (25-0), the nation’s No. 1 ranked program, in which he averaged 11.6 points while shooting 60.1 percent from the floor, 46.9 percent from 3-point range and 82.1 percent at the free throw line.
