FAYETTEVILLE — Mason Jones has signed with an agent and will forego his senior season with Arkansas' basketball team, his father told WholeHogSports on Friday.
The agency CAA Sports announced it had signed Jones. Mark Jones, Mason's father, said CAA agent Richie Felder will represent his son.
Jones played two seasons for the Razorbacks and was named first-team All-SEC and Associated Press co-SEC player of the year this year. He became the first Arkansas player to win the SEC scoring title last season with a 22-point-per-game average.
Jones declared for the NBA Draft on March 27, but had until June 3 to remove his name and return to Arkansas.
