ATHENS, Ga. -- The Arkansas Razorbacks made sure teammate Jaylen Barford had a happy birthday Wednesday night.
Especially Daryl Macon.
Macon, a senior guard from Little Rock, scored 11 of his 25 points in the second overtime as the Razorbacks beat Georgia 80-77 at Stegeman Coliseum before an announced crowd of 6,405.
Barford, a senior guard, celebrated his 22nd birthday with 24 points.
"It was great to win our first road game on my birthday," Barford said. "I'm very excited right now."
The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (14-6, 4-4 SEC) won back-to-back conference games for the first time this season and won on the road for the first time after going 0-4.
