Arkansas shooting guard signee Daryl Macon has been named the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College Player of the Week for his play last week.
It was his second consecutive week to be receive the honor.
Macon, 6-4, 185 of Holmes Community College averaged 26 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in three victories last week. He had 39 points and 11 rebounds in a win Thursday over Hinds Community College. He's averaging 26.3 points a game and is tied for second in the nation in scoring.
