Salt Lake (Utah) Community College freshman point guard Cam Mack has taken one perceived favorite school off his list, but Arkansas remains among his possibilities.
Mack (6-3, 170), who averaged 19.1 points, 7.5 assists and 5.9 rebounds per game last season, is a St. John’s signee who asked for and was granted his release after Red Storm coach Chris Mullin resigned.
He had been scheduled to visit Nebraska (April 26-28) and Texas A&M (May 3-5) and is also still considering Arkansas, Arizona, Gonzaga and St. John’s, who hired former Razorbacks coach Mike Anderson last Friday.
“I am not visiting Texas A&M anymore,” noted Mack, a College Station native who will have three years to play three at his next stop.
