Arkansas can clinch a bowl berth with a victory today, an important step, coaches and players said this week, after the Razorbacks went 4-8 and missed the bowl season last year.
Louisiana Tech must win today and next week against Kennesaw State to go to a bowl. The Bulldogs are a 21 1/2-point underdog.
