It is a nice, clear night in Fayetteville for tonight's SEC home opener for Arkansas. It is still windy, which will aid balls hit to left, but not nearly to the extent it was for the midweek series with ORU.
Arkansas will throw lefty Zach Root tonight against South Carolina right-hander Brandon Stone. Root is looking to bounce back from his worst performance of the season last week at Ole Miss. Stone threw 5 innings last week at home against Oklahoma.
