FAYETTEVILLE — In the first two games of his Arkansas career, freshman guard Moses Moody struggled finishing at the rim.
Against Mississippi Valley State and North Texas, he converted on just 3 of 9 attempts, including 1 of 4 in the win over the Mean Green. It was an aspect of his game Razorbacks coach Eric Musselman and his staff spoke to him about prior to facing Texas-Arlington.
Before the team’s next practice, Moody was on the floor working on his layups and touch around the rim.
“He listens,” Musselman said Saturday after Arkansas’ win over Lipscomb.
