FAYETTEVILLE — Lane Kiffin walked into the visiting team interview room Saturday at Reynolds Razorback Stadium with a slight smirk.
Kiffin, the fifth-year Ole Miss coach, knew his team had dominated Arkansas with record-setting offensive performances in a 63-31 victory. It was the first time in three tries for Kiffin to leave Fayetteville victorious.
Ole Miss (7-2, 3-2 SEC) had not won in Fayetteville since 2008.
“This is a little better feeling than four years ago in this room,” Kiffin said as he sat down, referring to his team’s 33-21 loss to Arkansas in 2020.
