FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas basketball associate head coach Kenny Payne provided health updates regarding guard Johnell Davis and big man Jonas Aidoo ahead of the Razorbacks' SEC opener at No. 1 Tennessee at noon Saturday.
Payne said Davis has been in practice and has been getting better, while Aidoo is also “getting better each day.” Both have been practicing.
Davis had started every game for Arkansas this season before missing the wins over North Carolina A&T on Dec. 21 and Oakland on Monday with wrist soreness. He missed time in the preseason with a wrist injury but played in both exhibitions against Kansas and TCU.
