Arkansas senior receiver Jonathan Nance announced early Monday that he will redshirt and transfer from Arkansas in December.
In June, the NCAA Division I Council approved a proposal that would allow college football players to participate in up to four games without burning their redshirt for the season. Nance has played in each of the Razorbacks' four games this season. He has one reception for minus-2 yards.
In 2017, Nance played in 11 games and earned six starts as he led Arkansas in receptions (37), receiving yards (539) and touchdown catches (5). Nance was arguably the Razorbacks’ best deep threat, hauling in touchdowns of 49, 44, 34 and 31 yards.
