FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas coach Eric Musselman has more than once this preseason pointed to graduate transfer Justin Smith as a model of consistency as Game 1 nears.
Less than three weeks from the official start of his second season with the Razorbacks, Musselman has identified another player who has been steady in effort and performance in workouts — freshman forward Jaylin Williams.
One of the prizes in Arkansas’ most recent recruiting class, Williams has displayed complete buy-in to the Razorbacks’ system.
“Jaylin has really, really done a fabulous job,” Musselman said Friday via Zoom. “He talks a lot.
