FAYETTEVILLE — Senior receiver Jared Cornelius status "doesn't look good" after suffering a potential Achilles injury in the second half of Arkansas’ 50-43 overtime loss to Texas A&M, coach Bret Bielema said.

Cornelius went down without being touched on the opening drive of the second half and had to be helped off the field. He was wearing a boot and walking on crutches on the sideline late in the game.

“We haven't had the final test yet, but it looks like something with his Achilles," Bielema said.

Cornelius had three catches for 35 yards, including hauling in a 6-yard touchdown pass from Austin Allen to start the scoring in the first quarter.
