Former Arkansas wide receiver Isaiah Sategna’s departure to SEC foe Oklahoma was hard enough to stomach.
The loss of Sategna, the Hogs’ third-leading receiver in 2024, left an obvious on-field hole – especially with the graduation of Andrew Armstrong and Isaac TeSlaa – but the fact that he’s a Fayetteville product made things that much worse. Fortunately, Arkansas doesn’t have to face Oklahoma this year. But the junior’s recent comments about the Sooners’ offense seemed to throw some shade on Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green and offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino.
“It’s been a smooth transition, you know, it’s SEC to SEC so I kind of knew what to expect,” Sategna said of his move to OU in an interview earlier this month.
