Troy led for 37 minutes of game time and handed the Arkansas women’s basketball team its third loss in a row, 77-69 at the Cherokee (N.C.) Invitational consolation game Thursday.
Arkansas (6-8) solidified a losing record when it enters SEC play Jan. 2 against fifth-ranked LSU. The Razorbacks have one nonconference game remaining, against Central Arkansas on Dec. 29 in Fayetteville.
The Razorbacks are amid their longest losing streak of the season.
“Three games makes a streak,” Neighbors said. “I've always said two is not quite a streak, but three is, and it makes Christmas tough.
