FAYETTEVILLE — It didn't take long for Dusty Hannahs to reintroduce himself to his home state.
Playing in his first official game at Arkansas, the Texas Tech transfer and Little Rock native scored 21 points and made 5 of 7 three pointers, leading the Razorbacks to an 86-68 win over Southern.
It was the Razorbacks' 21st consecutive win on opening night and 42nd straight win in their home opener.
Southern hung tough with Arkansas most of the game and pulled within six just after the under-8 media timeout in the second half.
However, six straight points by Moses Kingsley and a 3-pointer by Hannahs helped the Razorbacks put the Jaguars away.
