FAYETTEVILLE -- It was a pretty good October for the Arkansas football team.
The Razorbacks (4-4, 2-2 SEC) went 3-1 for the month to dig themselves out of a 1-3 September hole.
"It feels good to finally have momentum going," junior middle linebacker Brooks Ellis said.
Arkansas' October included some streak-breaking moments:
• A 24-20 victory at Tennessee ended an 11-game losing streak in SEC play away from home. The victory was also the first, after nine defeats, in a games decided by seven or fewer points under Coach Bret Beliema.
• A 54-46 victory over Auburn in four overtimes ended a four-game losing streak in overtime games, including an 0-3 mark under Bielema.
