FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas will try to get pointed back in the right direction after backsliding for the first time in camp, with today's opening scrimmage of camp.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to conduct their first live tackling of the summer in the heat of the day at Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid- to high-80s for the 2:30 p.m. start of the scrimmage, which will be held in front of media and interested Razorback Foundation members and their guests.
Arkansas Coach Bret Bielema said he did not like the tempo and execution in Thursday's work, and he let it be known in a postpractice address to the team and in Friday's practice format, which he wrote about on his Twitter account.
