Hogs Reserve Punter Arrested

FAYETTEVILLE - An Arkansas football reserve was arrested early Saturday morning on alcohol-related charges just about 24 hours after another Razorbacks player was booked on charges, as well.

Blake Johnson, 18, a back-up punter was cited by University of Arkansas police for public intoxication, minor in possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Washington County jail at 7:08 a.m. and released on bond at 11:57 a.m.

Johnson is scheduled to be in court Monday at 10:30 a.m. for a Rule 8.1 hearing.

Johnson’s booking is almost exactly 25 hours after Arkansas freshman tight end C.
