FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas basketball players could be in for an interesting nine days of practice leading up to their season opener against Rice on Nov. 5.
Razorbacks coach Eric Musselman said Friday he and his coaching staff will likely implement some unique methods with their group in hopes of correcting a number of mistakes made in preseason exhibition wins over Arkansas-Little Rock and Southwestern Oklahoma State.
“We're going to have some intense practices early,” Musselman said. “Sunday we'll probably practice in our skeleton work with some weighted vests. We haven't done that yet since I've been here.
