Oklahoma State scored a run in the seventh and eighth innings, and beat Arkansas 5-4 in a top 20 matchup Tuesday at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium.
Collin Theroux scored to give the No. 20 Cowboys the 4-3 lead in the seventh inning. Oklahoma State (18-7) added another run when Ryan Sluder stole home on a double steal in the eighth.
No. 15 Arkansas (18-7) pulled within 5-4 on Carson Shaddy's one-out single in the ninth inning, but the Razorbacks stranded two runners when Rick Nomura grounded out to end the game.
Arkansas loaded the bases with one out in the sixth and seventh innings, but came away with no runs both times.
