Arkansas basketball signees Daryl Macon and Adrio Bailey shined during the Mike Conley Jr. All Star Classic at Little Rock Hall Thursday night.
Macon, 6-4, 185 of Holmes Community College scored 35 points, including six three-pointers while Bailey, 6-7, 205 had 23 points, including a three-pointer for Team Arkansas in a 147-142 double overtime loss to Team Tennessee.
"Daryl can flat out play," said Bailey, who was 2 of 2 from the free throw line. "Even though he’s a scoring guard, he’s looking to pass. It’s fun playing with him. It was fun playing down here.”
Macon, who could play both guard positions at Arkansas, did most of his scoring from the outside, but showed the ability to attack the basket and ended up making 7 of 11 from the free throw line.
