FAYETTEVILLE - There are going to be nights this season more important than Friday when what Arkansas did to whip Charleston Southern will be a necessity.
That night at Bud Walton Arena, it was simply a luxury.
Arkansas shot 54 percent from the floor and 54 percent percent from 3-point range to easily dispatch Charleston Southern, 93-75, in front of 6,764 people.
Dusty Hannahs and Anthlon Bell combined to make all seven of the team’s 3-pointers, six of which came in the first half, as Arkansas could afford to let off the pressure somewhat after building a 20-point lead in the opening 20 minutes.
