Arkansas is taking the show on the road for this first time in 2018. Ty Storey and Cole Kelley are still both expected to get snaps but expect Storey to get the lion’s share of those. Colorado State comes into this one 0-2 already thanks to losses to Hawaii and Colorado. The defense looks extremely suspect but they can still rack up yards through the air. Arkansas is expected to win this one, Vegas has the Hogs favored by two touchdowns in this one. The over/under is a high 70, but with these two defenses, I’d expect it to hit the over.
