FAYETTEVILLE - Bret Bielema reached into the NFL to find his next assistant coach.
Former Buffalo Bills assistant offensive line coach Kurt Anderson was named Arkansas offensive line coach Saturday night.
Anderson ran the Bills offensive line unit during training camp and for the first six weeks of this season on an interim basis. He has held the assistant offensive line coach job in Buffalo since 2013. Before that Anderson spent five seasons as the running game coordinator and offensive line coach at Eastern Michigan.
Bielema praised Anderson’s collegiate credentials - most notably his recruiting - in announcing the hire.
