FAYETTEVILLE — Forecasted rain has altered the Arkansas softball team’s schedule at the Louisiana Tech Classic this weekend in Ruston, La.
Instead of playing a doubleheader Saturday as originally scheduled, the Razorbacks (5-0) will play twice Friday. Arkansas will open the invitational Friday at 4 p.m. against Louisiana-Monroe, followed by a game against Louisiana Tech.
According to the National Weather Service, there is a 90% chance of rain Saturday in Ruston. There will likely be showers, with the possibility of a thunderstorm.
Arkansas is still scheduled to play once Saturday, a 1 p.m. first pitch against Southern Miss.
