Instead of another solo venture, why not rely on the 10 members of the NCAA Selection Committee to fill out the online tournament bracket? After all, those folks started seeding teams weeks ago and came up with the 68 tournament participants after reviewing tons of data and sharing personal observations.
Surely, they know more than somebody who has not watched a college game from start to finish all season.
