FAYETTEVILLE — The Razorbacks of old seemingly reared their ugly head in the Arkansas vs UAB game.
Despite optimism stemming from a double-overtime road loss to No. 16 Oklahoma State in a game it probably should have won, Arkansas laid an egg in the first half of its home opener.
The Blazers jumped out to a 17-3 lead before the Razorbacks fought back to tie it up at 20-20 just before halftime. The performance was so frustrating to Arkansas football coach Sam Pittman that he lashed out during his halftime interview with the UA radio broadcast.
