FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas guard Dusty Hannahs hit more three-point baskets than Mississippi State to lead a perimeter attack that carried the Razorbacks to an 82-68 victory Saturday.
As the final seconds ticked away at Walton Arena, some fans in the announced crowd of 11,157 were chanting Hannahs' name.
Hannahs, a junior from Little Rock, hit 8 of 13 three-pointers and scored a career-high 26 points. He outscored Mississippi State -- which hit 7 of 22 three-pointers -- 24-21 from beyond the 20-foot, 9-inch arc.
"When you see the first one or two go in, it's just free-sailing after that," Hannahs said.
