FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas linebacker Dre Greenlaw was injured late in the first quarter of the Razorbacks’ game against Eastern Illinois on Saturday.
A few hours later, Arkansas coach Chad Morris had no information on the severity of the apparent ankle injury to his star linebacker.
“I have not got any updates on Dre, so we’ll re-evaluate that when we get back in there,” Morris said.
Greenlaw limped off the field one play after making his 10th tackle of the quarter against the Panthers. Despite not playing the final three quarters, Greenlaw finished as Arkansas’ leading tackler - one ahead of linebacker De’Jon Harris - and also forced one of Eastern Illinois’ six fumbles.
