FAYETTEVILLE — Braylen Russell missed his second straight game Saturday, as he did not see the field in Arkansas vs La Tech.
Unlike the Texas game, when he was still hampered by an injury, this time the freshman was apparently a healthy scratch.
Arkansas football coach Sam Pittman said Russell was “full speed” on Wednesday and then confirmed his availability following the Razorbacks’ 35-10 win over the Bulldogs.
Instead, Ja’Quinden Jackson (42 snaps) and Rashod Dubinion (34) split the bulk of Arkansas’ running back reps, with Rodney Hill (5) also getting some meaningful action.
