FAYETTEVILLE — Former Arkansas baseball coach Norm DeBriyn has been selected as an SEC Legend and will be honored at the SEC Baseball Tournament in Hoover, Ala., later this month.
DeBriyn, now an executive with the Razorback Foundation, led Arkansas to a record of 1,161-650-6 record in 33 seasons and is the 14th winningest coaching in NCAA history. He led the Razorbacks to four College World Series appearances among his 15 NCAA Regional berths and three conference championships.
“It’s been great, the relationships with a lot of people and just seeing people that we played against,” DeBriyn said.
