FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas running back David Williams was presented with the Razorbacks' top Homecoming honor Saturday.

Williams was named recipient of the 2017 Crip Hall Award, which has been presented annually since 1950 to the most outstanding senior on Homecoming. Williams rushed five times for 43 yards and had an 11-yard reception during the Razorbacks' 39-38 win over Coastal Carolina.

The award is voted on by media members.

Williams is the first player to win the award after transferring with the NCAA's graduate exemption. He played four seasons at South Carolina before transferring to Arkansas earlier this year.
