It’s always awkward when your ex-wife bumps into your current one.
That’s what looks set to happen in a west-coast recruiting battle between current and former Arkansas basketball coaches John Calipari and Eric Musselman. Both of them recently paid personal visits to highly-touted high school point guard Jason Crowe Jr., a five-star in the Class of 2026. Also paying a trip was none other than Kentucky basketball coach Mark Pope.
Crowe is a consensus top-ten prospect ranked as high as No. 5 in the nation by 247Sports. The 6-foot-4 lefty is a skilled, ball-dominant combo guard with an NBA-caliber ceiling.
