FAYETTEVILLE — It may not be a perfect apples-to-apples comparison, but John Calipari has seen a team do what he’s trying to accomplish in his first season at Arkansas.
With the season seemingly hanging in the balance, the Razorbacks overcame a seven-point halftime deficit and got some revenge against No. 15 Missouri with a 92-85 win inside a raucous Bud Walton Arena.
There is still work to do over the final four games, but the upset represented another huge step toward an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament for an Arkansas team many left for dead after an 0-5 start to SEC play capped by an ugly loss to these same Tigers last month.
