Arkansas’ backcourt drew the ire of ESPN color analyst Jay Williams for its apparent lack of hustle a few times, but its trio of big men were more to blame for what went down Wednesday night.
Zvonimir Ivisic, Jonas Aidoo and Trevon Brazile were a complete no-show, combining for exactly zero points and making multiple costly mistakes in a game the Razorbacks still only lost 67-60 to No. 1 Auburn on the road.
Had that group simply been just slightly below average, it might have been enough for John Calipari’s squad to pull off the upset and significantly bolster its NCAA Tournament resume.
