FAYETTEVILLE — Anthony Brown is transferring from Arkansas, a UA spokesperson confirmed to WholeHogSports Thursday.
The sophomore defensive lineman did not play in 2015, but appeared in three games as a true freshman last season.
He had a quarterback hurry and batted down a pass against Auburn and made his only tackle in the Razorbacks' win over Northern Illinois.
Brown was suspended during spring practice in April, but head coach Bret Bielema didn't specify a reason. Although he didn't appear in any games, he was enrolled in classes and practiced with the team this fall.
The former three-star recruit from Miami, Florida, Killian High joins wide receivers Jojo Robinson (Miami) and Kendrick Edwards (Miami) and linebacker Randy Ramsey (Fort Lauderdale) as Florida natives that have left the team since the summer.
