FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn announced the Razorbacks will start right-handed pitcher Caleb Bolden in the opening game of the NCAA Fayetteville Regional on Friday against NJIT.
Bolden has started nine games for the Razorbacks this year. He threw four innings in his last start in the SEC Tournament semifinals against Ole Miss.
Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn said the decision was made to pitch Bolden because NJIT's lineup is mostly right handed.
