Baseball exhibition at Oklahoma canceled

Arkansas’ baseball exhibition game at Oklahoma scheduled for Saturday has been canceled because of weather concerns, according to a press release from the University of Oklahoma.

The scrimmage was scheduled to begin at noon in Norman, Okla., but an elevated chance of showers Saturday morning and in the afternoon made playing the game unlikely. The scrimmage is not expected to be rescheduled.

Arkansas is scheduled to play an exhibition game against Wichita State on Oct. 5 at Baum Stadium beginning at 6 p.m. It is unclear if the Razorbacks will schedule a second scrimmage this fall.
