FAYETTEVILLE — Three seasons ago, then-Arkansas freshman forward Adrio Bailey went toe-to-toe with the front line of eventual national champion North Carolina while playing 19 minutes and helping the Razorbacks to a near NCAA Tournament upset.
Bailey ended up having inconsistent sophomore and junior campaigns while starting 42 of 65 games, but has been nearly perfect in the run up to the start of his senior season.
He made all seven of his shot attempts and scored 15 points as Arkansas defeated Southwestern Oklahoma State 78-51 Friday night before 3,509 fans at Bud Walton Arena to close out its two-game exhibition set.
