Arkansas running backs Jonathan Williams and Alex Collins were the most dynamic running back duo in all of college football in 2014. The pair rushed for over 1,000 yards apiece and they were looking to carry the team into SEC West contention in 2015.
It looks like the Razorbacks will be losing one of their two running backs for most of the 2015 season. ESPN’s Joe Schad reported via Twitter that Williams had foot surgery and that will cause him to miss playing time this season.

There has been now news on how long Williams will be out this season, but the term “extended period of time” is never a good thing to hear when regarding an injury.
