A poor fourth quarter sent the Arkansas women’s basketball team to its fifth straight loss on the road.
Georgia outscored Arkansas 27-15 in the fourth and beat the Razorbacks, 72-57, on Thursday night in Athens. Arkansas will finish the 2015-16 regular-season with just one win - against LSU in January - away from Bud Walton Arena. Even with the loss, Arkansas will stay out of the bottom four of the Southeastern Conference, which means it will avoid a set of de facto play-in games for the conference tournament early next month.
The Razorbacks (11-17, 6-9) actually led Thursday for more than half the game and were tied entering the final quarter.
