The Razorbacks finally found a way to get over the hump against a high-quality opponent in their recent win over No. 15 Missouri. For the last several weeks, Arkansas had beaten the teams it was supposed to beat but continuously came up just short against top-10 opponents – each of its three losses coming by single digits.
While they weren’t quite a top-10 team, the Tigers’ resume spoke for itself. A 110-point outing over Alabama was just the most recent in a string of impressive offensive outings from Missouri, but the Hogs managed to put together a statement victory with their backs against the wall in terms of NCAA Tournament hopes.
