FAYETTEVILLE — Some of the top names in Arkansas track and field will make their indoor season premiere at the Razorback Invitational this weekend, competing against some of the nation’s best.
Among the notable debuts will be Rachel Glenn in the women’s high jump and 60-meter hurdles, and Jordan Anthony in the men’s 60-meter dash. A number of men’s jumpers will also compete for the first time this year.
“Rachel and Jordan, they’re Ferraris, you know what I mean?” said Doug Case, the men’s assistant coach who works with sprinters and jumpers. “You’ve kind of got to control the situation for them because you can’t race them all the time, and you can’t push them that hard in certain instances.
