The Hogs had a big lead in the second half, then the Rams went on a big run. At that point a bunch of Hog fans were getting war flashbacks to the last trip against Colorado State in football. But the young Hogs showed composure after the run and were able to get out of Colorado with a 98-74 win.
Mason Jones started the game off hot. He hit a trio of threes before the first media timeout and the Hogs were off to a 12-2 lead. The offense continued to work pretty efficiently without Daniel Gafford being heavily involved.
